MEMBERSHIP
Just a reminder. We will go to press for this years membership book at the first part of Feb. So if you want us to send you
a book with the entry blanks for this years events and get your name in the book. We need your entry form by the end of Jan.

EVENT LIST FINIALIZED
The events for next year have been set and are now on the events page. The last mailing for members has been sent out.
If you have not signed up or have any friends that are not members or used to be members a couple of years ago nows the time
to get them interested in joining and you to sign up. We need the member information by the end of Jan so that we can get
it in the members book for next year. Hoping everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

ELECTION OF THE BOARD
There were no new candidates for the board and those whose terms were up all ran again. So because there were only enough
candidates for the board seats open they were all appointed by the board and no ballots were sent out
for an election by the membership. This saves the membership the cost of the printing and mailing of ballots. The four that
were appointed are Jerry Denkinger, Darlow Larson, Jim Johnson, and Roger Nelson. The Board then elected the officers
for 2010. They will be the same as this year President: Cliff Jacoby Vice President: Darlow Larson Treasurer: Bill Christensen
and Secretary: Roger Nelson

THE SEASON IS OVER
The season has ended for this year. I hope everyone had a good time at the events. The board is busy setting up the events
for next year and they will be posted as soon as the contracts are signed. If you have not signed up for next year no time
like the present. The membership is still the same for 2010 just $20. So send in your membership Bill needs something to do.
